Agency New Business Case Study: B2B Focused Marketing Agency Located in New York

This large, full service branding and advertising agency located in New York City came to us to help them establish a more proactive approach to building their client base. Before coming on board, the majority of their new business was generated through referrals. Persistence paid off, as the new business director was able to reach a key decision maker through a series of referrals. The strategy of thinking about this as a long-term play and building relations at every stage was the key. The client won an initial project with CommScope for $200k, which put them in the running for additional work, which they won later for more than $1M.
