Ellen is the Director of List Operations at RSW/US.  Along with running her department, she also manages several client accounts.  Having moved up the ranks over the years from List Builder, to Account Executive, to Manager, Ellen has a deep understanding of the list research and database management process.  Ellen is originally from West Virginia, and in her free time she likes to crochet, read books, and entertain her family and friends.
