The overall look, feel, and messaging on the site is very consistent. Nothing stands out as unusual or disconnected. Aside from some of the UX concerns noted above, the site hangs together really well.

Apart from the case studies needing to be more clear about the category they are tied to, the site does a fine job of getting to the point quickly and clearly.”

While the results and the client testimonials do a great job of building confidence that Interdependence can do what they claim they’ll do for a company/brand, beefing up the category story by adding case studies to the landing pages and giving the prospect the ability to group case studies by category (in the “Work” section) will help reinforce the legitimacy of Interdependence’s ability to deliver by category.

The messaging and positioning are very consistently woven throughout the entirety of the site – even on the “About Us” page where it talks talent and technology and sheer grit of their team to get clients to an even better place.
Easy to navigate?
Generally speaking, the BGR site is easy to navigate. The only area that could use improvement is in the Government Affairs section, where there are a number of options to choose from within that dropdown. Giving users the ability to more easily navigate across those options would be helpful to prospects.

While we suspect the reason there are no case studies on the site is because of the more sensitive nature of what BGR does on the advocacy/Government Affairs side of the world – and who they do it for – it would be nice to see some examples of the kinds of things they have done for their clients (masked) and the ensuing results (again, made generic in their description).

The BGR site is very brief (and effective) in its articulation of what they do and the kinds of clients they work for.

While the site, the team and the language used to describe the kind of work BGR does is impressive, as noted above, there is little on the site that sets BGR apart to uniquely instill confidence that the work they do is going to do it better than anyone else. It’s more of a “trust us” and “look at us” approach to selling their legitimacy.

The site does a nice job of maintaining consistency of its messaging throughout. There is a strong tonality of superior professionalism and knowhow that permeates the site.
