Director of Program Communications

Lauren Brown was RSW/US’ first employee.  Lauren is a 2004 graduate of the University of Dayton, with a degree in marketing.  After graduation, Lauren received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.  Following graduate school, Lauren worked as a marketing manager for a local confections company where she was exposed to a variety of different marketing and business challenges.

As Director of Program Communications, Lauren is responsible for developing/managing the creation of intro communication materials for programs, as well as the on-going creation of value-added outbound communication materials for each RSW/US program.  Lauren brings a tremendous amount of skill, poise, and value to each and every client engagement at RSW/US.  Her creativity and ability to manage a huge number of tasks flawlessly has helped RSW/US consistently increase its client tenure throughout the years.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys working out, travelling, having fun and spending time with her new husband (of one year) and their dog, Logan.
